LVUSD has created this site to provide a support platform to help families connect for carpooling.

This database is crowd-sourced, and not verified or managed by LVUSD. It is only accessible by parties who have completed this application. We ask that you not provide your address, but rather your street name and/or nearest cross streets. You can provide either your email address OR your phone number OR both, but you will need to provide at least one for others to contact you for carpooling arrangements. 

This carpool interest form is provided solely as a voluntary tool to help parents/guardians connect with one another for potential carpool arrangements. 

 

Please note:
 

1. This form is not managed, or endorsed by Las Virgenes Unified School District (LVUSD).

2. LVUSD does not review, monitor, or oversee any carpool arrangements that may result from information shared through this form.

3. By completing and submitting this form, you understand and agree that the information you provide will be shared with all other individuals who complete the form.

4. LVUSD assumes no liability or responsibility for the accuracy of information submitted, or any agreements, arrangements, or interactions made between parents/guardians as a result of this form.

5. Participation is completely voluntary, and parents/guardians are solely responsible for any decisions regarding carpooling.
